Bx Pub, agrees to provide the following services to the operator:
– Creation and maintenance of a professional website with an integrated booking system compatible for the tour, rental of equipment,…
– Production of professional photos and videos (with phone) for each activity
– Initial creation of social media for : Facebook, Instagram, TikTok,… (if needed)
– Bx Pub will update the website’s content once a year if requested
– Bx Pub will do his best to propose the best rate for currency exchange (Remitly or SWIFT if available)
Bx Pub will pay for :
a. The domain : 16$ per year
b. The hosting 25$ per year
c. The booking activities system 199$ per year

The operator agrees to :
– Send the social media account directly to the created website and not promoting other platforms for the services provided on the website
– Provide activities for free for Bx Pub team (for producing media)
– Publish at least one update per week on all social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook)
– Provide informations about change as soon as it’s possible
– Never propose a booking cheaper on any other website

The operator acknowledges that Bx Pub, as a professional digital communication service provider, has the sole discretion to determine the adequacy and quality of the services provided. The operator agrees not to dispute or override the professional judgment of Bx Pub regarding the services rendered.

There is no up front payment. All the services are commission based.
Payements will be provided as soon as the bank process it (around a week) directly on Philippes local bank account.
If the terms are not respected, the faulty part would have to pay the loss based on statistics of sales.
If urgent change on the website : 1000 PHP per hour of work.
Bx Pub will charge a commission of 15% on all bookings made through the integrated booking system.

This agreement shall commence on the date first written above and shall continue until terminated by either party with 30 days written notice.

Both parties agree to keep confidential all information, data, and materials provided by the other party that are not publicly available and to use such information only for the purpose of fulfilling this agreement.

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Cordillera District.

This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior negotiations, representations, or agreements, whether written or oral.
