Details
– Creation and maintenance of a professional website for the association
– The website will include the following
a. Homepage with photo and/or video, provided by the association or done by phone by Bx Pub
b. An about page with the content needed
c. A contact page with a form, social media and phone number
– Promote local accommodations and local activities on the websites
– Handle a Google campaign for free, the ads are totally free, paid by Google and Bx Pub
– Initial creation of social media for : Facebook, Instagram, TikTok,…
– Bx Pub will update the websites content once a year if requested
– Bx Pub will pay for :
a. The domain : 16$ per year
b. The hosting 25$ per year
– Send the social media account directly to the created website and not promoting other platforms for the services provided on the website
– Will propose the connected accommodations and activities to sign the follow agreement

– Provide changes about information as soon as it’s possible
The association acknowledges that Bx Pub, as a professional digital communication service provider, has the sole discretion to determine the adequacy and quality of the services provided. The association agrees not to dispute or override the professional judgment of Bx Pub regarding the services rendered.
There is no front up payment.
If urgent change on the website : 1000 PHP per hour of work
This agreement shall commence on the date first written above and shall continue until terminated by either party with 30 days written notice.
Both parties agree to keep confidential all information, data, and materials provided by the other party that are not publicly available and to use such information only for the purpose of fulfilling this agreement.
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Cordillera District.
This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior negotiations, representations, or agreements, whether written or oral.
